TOKYO - JFE Holdings, Inc. today announced it has modified its non-consolidated results forecast for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2007, which was released with the interim results announcement on October 26, 2006.

1. Modification of full-year non-consolidated results forecast (April 1, 2006 to March 31, 2007)

2. Reason for modification

The forecast was modified because JFE Holdings decided to receive dividends of 120 billion yen from operating companies. The latest modification includes dividends to be received from consolidated subsidiaries and has no effect on the company’s consolidated results forecast.
